Tuition and Fees
Each family registering a student during our regular school year (September to June) is assessed a non-refundable $30.00 registration fee. Tuition can be paid monthly or by semester.
Monthly tuition is due at the first class of each month. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged after the 15th of the month.
Semesters run September through January, and February through June. Please elect your payment plan at registration.

Payment Terms
All payments to WSD must be made in the form of a personal or cashier’s check, a money order or cash. If a Student’s check is returned by the bank for any reason, than a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. Returned checks must be replaced with cash, a money order or a cashier’s check.
Discounts
Discounts are available for individuals and families based on the total number of classes taken in one week. Discounts are only available for semester payments. Ask us what kinds of discounts are available for you.
Costume and Performance Fees
Dancers who participate in our Winter Concert and Spring Recital will be subject to costuming fees. Information about costuming costs can be found on the performances page. Participation in our performances is not mandatory, however students who do wish to perform will be required to have the selected costuming.
- Attendance
- Regular class attendance is crucial to a student's progress. If you miss a class, it can be made up in the appropriate alternate class. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Please notify the studio of an expected absence.
- Punctuality
- Late arrivals are disruptive to the classroom environment, and students who warm-up improperly can risk injury. Please arrive on time and ready to dance.
- Class Attire
- Students must be dressed appropriately for the classroom or they will not be permitted to take class. Please familiarize yourself with our class attire requirements and let us know if you have any questions.
- Observation
- If you would like to observe a class, please contact the studio so we can make arrangements to accommodate you. Otherwise, we ask that parents refrain from observing any class for the full duration of the hour as it can be distracting to both students and instructors. Our Very Young Dancer classes will offer regularly scheduled observation classes. Please ask you instructor for more information.
- Closures
- Any closure due to bad weather will be announced on our outgoing voice message as well as posted on the front page of our website. Classes that must be cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled later in the season. Please see our calendar for regularly scheduled school holidays and events.
